The work culture seemed interesting.
The offices are in the city center, beautiful and modern.
The people in there were mainly young and energetic.
The interviewers where two in one at my 1st interview.
I passed this and they gave me an assessment.
I had feedback that they where looking for someone more experienced for the position. The feedback was very detailed.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Interweave Agency

- 1st interview with line manager and senior colleague (fast, 1 hour, focus on skills and knowledge, focus on work practises and values)
- exercise/ test
- 2nd interview with upper management (focus on personality, on carrier plan etc)
