The hiring process was relaxed and friendly. It consisted of a brief phone interview to outline availability for the role and starting salary. Then an invitation is given immediately for a group interview, where there were 4 applicants, however several groups were being interviewed over a few days. We had an interview with HR and a team leader then did testing on the computer for grammar, typing speed and general internet knowledge. From there we were made an offer.
