After reading many angry reviews on the Internet, I took a risk. The application process is not the fastest one. I applied for different positions and my experience was different for each of them. The NGO is not that bad, written tests are quite easy. Interviews were supposed to be 1 hour each, but they lasted 1,5 hours (mainly because I had many questions). The vacancy notice did not completely align with the tasks, but the work itself was better than the description. What I'd like to say - it's okay when you don't have a match with the team during the interview, people are merely people, and it's fine. I didn't like one team but loved another. Some people don't have a vision for the future of their work, other people do. I found it to be a common issue with Ukrainian companies and NGOs but it is what it is, I guess. Overall, I do not regret applying even though I do not know the results yet. They said it'd take around 2-3 weeks so they can interview other people.
