One of the most discouraging interview process I ever came across in my job hunting journey. Supposed to be a 3 round process. Recruiter reached out following a job application and mentioned of resume screening as a first part and then the recruiter round as another screening. Based upon the recruiter round, I was advanced to the HM round. In a 30 minute interview, the HM arrived 2 minutes late and seemed not interested since the beginning and had some dismissive remarks about not being a fit! Seemed like asking questions post the interview about the role were not required in the HM's opinion and received a single sentence answer to my questions.
