i first applied online then got an email from a recruiter to submit a writing sample once i submitted it i got a call and had a mini phone interview with the recruiter. the next day i went in for an interview for the position I applied for (csr) they asked that I do a typing test to how many wpm I could type...then it proceeded to a 1:1 interview with the manager where he asked general questions tell me about yourself what are your strengths & weaknesses typical interview questions I got offered the position that day but it was contingent on background check & they call all your references lol

It was more like an introduction interview/ conversation with the recruiter about the position. Overall a positive experience did not get the chance to fully apply but once I have more experience in my current position I will go through the full application process. Their inside sales representative also seems like a good fit for me as well.

Interview
Very fast and company had well interviewers to make the process seamless, they kept me updated throughout. Very flexible with working out my personal life schedule. Interview was done first over the phone and then in person.
2 step process. Very straightforward. Be ready to discuss digital marketing, SEO, customer retention, sales, sales force knowledge. Interviewer is great and friendly and easy to talk to. Great first job or for someone getting back into the workforce.
