Applied online and received a phone call after two weeks. The post specifically focuses on asylum seekers. Interview took place in the Kwun Tong branch and was greeted by a lady upon arrival. First took a written test in English for around 40-45 minutes. They gave a typical case scenario and asked you to write how you will handle it. Afterwards, there was a typing test to see how fast you can read and type under 5 minutes. Then there was a face to face interview with two other staff members who were already working on the project. They will ask you to introduce yourself, why did you apply for the job, etc. Then that is the end of the first interview. The second interview is a face to face interview with the manager at a higher level responsible for the project.

They asked me to introduce myself in English. They inquired about my academics overseas, my previous jobs and my practicum experience. They provided a detailed explanation of the job duties, routines and expectations. Lastly, they asked if I had any questions about the job.
