The interview process is between 4 to 6months, from point of going over your background to meeting the hiring manager to a second interview to getting a job offer. if you get a job offer your start date will be a month away. during the entire interview process this organization will never use the word Evangelical, they will only use to the word Christian non profit, its not until after you are hired you will learn on your own that this group is an evangelical non profit
