Step 1 - Phone screen with HR Step 2 - Phone interview with Hiring Manager Step 3 - In-person on-site interview with Hiring Manager, another manager and HR. It took a little over 2 weeks after the final round to hear back with a rejection. Most likely, I would've been ghosted after the last round based on the tone of the rejection email as they "appreciated my diligence" in following up about the role.
