Was referred to this by a recruiter who phone-screened me. First, I was interviewed by the Bioinformatics Manager via telephone. Then I was flown in and interviewed by another manager as well as a panel of peers. They used fill-in forms with ratings for my answers. Quite systematic. Something that irked me a bit was the somewhat callous and procedural way I was handled. There was no discussion of what travel arrangements would work best for me, it was just arranged for the closest airport and the dates I'd be available.

phone call about resume and skill, they contacted references, online video chat call with manager and interested parties, onsite visit and interview asked to giver presentation. I meet and talked to about 15 people about the job and the direct manager and their manager as well.
