Interview
The hiring process consisted of two interviews with multiple people each time. One of the oddest parts of the interview was when they asked me what my spirit animal was and also asked me if I had to choose a state to get rid of which state would I get rid of and why? I felt that these questions, and others, were very distasteful and unprofessional. There is no meaningful information you are going to learn about a potential job candidate by asking these questions.
