I applied online. I interviewed at Interlink (UK) (London, England)
Interview
I was meant to have an interview here for a marketing role but they are a very unprofessional company.
I had an interview with the marketing/HR team, they both did not show up to my interview or reply to emails/messages. I waited for 25 minutes then left the interview link. Before they confirmed my interview on Wednesday they wasted 2 of my days due to their uncertainty they kept rescheduling my interview (which was previously meant to happen on Monday, then maybe on Tuesday).
I have never had such a horrible experience where the recruiters do not even show up for the interview if they cannot make the interview at least give a 12-hour notice.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Interlink (UK) (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
-Telephone Interview with directors was great as I gained insight into product and vision
-Psychometric test was roughly 30 - 40 minutes
-1st face to face interview where I had the opportunity to have one to one sessions with some of the -key players in the organisation and pitch the product I was currently selling
-Final face to face interview was a bit more intense, was given a brief and then had to pitch their solution back to them.
Overall the process was pretty seamless, the directors and team were very welcoming and positive

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Interlink (UK) (London, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview was rushed and I was barely given time to ask questions. Afterwards, the feedback I received showed that the interviewer was not paying attention when my application was not progressed because the they hadn't bothered to ask the questions. The interviewer also seemed more concerned with telling me about the bar and pool table in the office. All told, I came away with the impression of a very juvenile company,
