Intergenerational Schools interview questions

It was three part. All the interviews went well. But they keep you hanging. While I commend them for at least letting a person know they did not get the job. I have a feeling there is quite a bit of lack of judgement on the hiring committee. Don’t interview people if there is going to be judgement if one can personify with the targeted demographic. That is exactly why I was not hired. Which is completely fine but still there is a disconnect. I had an excellent resume and tons of experience. Alas, life goes on but it will be interesting to see if the schools make their targeted enrollment if you are basing hiring on how someone looks.
