      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Interfolio (Washington, DC) in Dec 2019

      Interview

      I applied online. Initial interview was a phone screening to learn about your background, skills, and career interests. 2nd round was scheduled a week after. It was an online 1-1 interview with their Director of Sales Operations. It started out with sharing mutual background and learning information about the company. Then was an organic questions and answers about work experience. 3rd and final round is a 2-3Hr onsite interview at their HQ in DC. I had 5 back to back interviews with various department heads as well as the previous Sales Engineer. After the final interview there was a 15-20 minute sales roleplay where you do a technical present of a product of your choosing. Then there was a small tour of the office. Overall, I believe that everyone at the interfolio team were competent, nice, engaging, and professional. However, there was never any follow up contact or information from the team despite numerous attempts to contact the recruitment team. It was very disappointing that they would string along a applicant for over a month and then ghost them. That said, the people within the company were very friendly and interesting. I would advice HR to follow up with applicants.
