      Interview

Introduction call, first time to speak with manager and introduce yourself briefly. Then a follow up call in a week in which you talk about your past experiences and the manager outlines the solutions the company offers and goals for the position. After the follow up call you are compose two short writings: first on why you would be a good fit for the position, the second a business trend you find interesting. If you make it to the next step you'll be invited for an in-person interview with the manager. The manager gives you more details on the daily activity, tools/materials used, and introduces you to the facility and some team members. A second in-person interview follows a week later with department directors and you are to share what experiences you have that can correlate to this opportunity for hire.
