      Marketing Associate Interview

      14 Dec 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Solon, OH
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Interdesign (Solon, OH) in Mar 2019

      Interview

I was able to find this job through a referral on LinkedIn. My former coworker was already part of their team and was able to get me an interview. The hiring manager contacted me the next day by email and set up a phone interview for the following week. The initial phone call went well and the hiring manager was fairly easy to talk to. I told them about my previous experience which was minimal. However, I was able to provide good examples of how I would approach different marketing campaigns. I was called 3 days later and introduced to the marketing manager. We talked for a few minutes (which I considered my onboarding) about the current campaigns they were running.
