It was competitive; however, I believe that it was necessary to conclude with the best candidate. There is a role-play integrated within the interview to determine if the canddiate possess the required skills.

Essentially all they want to see is that you are an outgoing, charismatic and driven person. If you have done any other sales or brand ambassador jobs this would be a breeze. Its usually just a Skype conversation to get to know you, why you want the job and why you'd be good at it.
