Interapt Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Very polite but very amateurish. She spent the entire 30 minutes asking about what sales "tools" I could recommend if hired... That should be in place, or the manager should be spearheading those efforts. They apparently do not have a sales team (14 years in, not sure how that is possible.) After the interview, I knew that I would not be getting a 2nd. She "accidently emailed me her notes intended for the hiring manager. They were polite and mostly positive, however she felt that I lacked the experience and did not understand the product value. We never discussed my background or the product. I am unsure how she came to these conclusions based on our conversation. Very polite but the overall interview was a waste of time. Do a better job of getting to know your candidates background, experience and approach. I would not recommend interviewing.
