Interview
Very simple, emailed resume. Received call from director, phone screen. Arranged in person, third round with VP. Decent but not great benefits. VP who has worked for Company over 8 years only gets 3 weeks vacation. Salary offered is below market for what they are looking for. Software used for Business Intelligence is not main stream.

Explained Company was very small, may need to work late are you ok with this.
Was asked about salary expectations, was told our directors don't make that much. Didn't think I asked for that much.
