"Outsourced headhunter, then two hour-long calls with the hiring manager, call with VP of Sales, Call with a Direct Report, Call with the CEO, 90 minute call with HR / Culture. After all these calls, and spending over 6 hours interviewing with Interact, their CPO decided not to move forward in my last interview, I was given ZERO feedback about their decision. When a candidate gets through 6 previous interviews with your company, and you decide for some subjective reason that they aren't "a fit", the correct and polite thing to do is give them some guidance on what they can do better and feedback. I will note that the C level team I interacted with kept pointing out that I'd held a lot of remote roles, as if caring about my work-life balance is a negative. I believe in transparency with candidates, I guess Interact doesn't share this value...."
