Quite a lengthy process - They asked for a cover letter, then to reply to several questions, then to record a video and finally the interview, which lasted more than an hour!

What words would your friends use to describe you?
I applied online and the application process took around 4 weeks. I had to complete some preliminary questions before the interview. Most of the interview questions are quite absurd, but there are still a couple of common interview questions.
