Had several rounds of interviews and ultimately was low-balled on an offer. It appeared there's a huge gap and discrepancy between the technical interview panel and actual job requirements. To my minimal surprise other candidates also reported they have had similar experiences. Professionalism also fell a bit at the communication phase for the offer, something which raised suspicions surrounding internal company culture. Glassdoor has good ratings (came across word-to-word identical reviews), but perhaps things work internally differently.
