First step was a call with the HR Specialist over the phone (only 30 minutes). She was very nice, explained the role, salary, benefits, etc. Then moved onto panel interview with a Sr. Product Designer, the Product Lead, and Product Owner. It was a portfolio presentation to last up to 1 hour and 15 minutes. They asked questions along the way and allowed questions at the end.

Recruiter reached out to me saying I am a good fit for the role. We scheduled a 30 min initial screening video call. I then interviewed with with the Hiring Manager which went very well. In the third round, I interviewed with a panel and to my surprise, the questions were completely out of scope for the role. The recruiter later got back saying that they had closed the role since they required someone with a completely different job background. That was a little disappointing to hear especially when you put so much effort with researching and preparing for the role.
