I applied online. I interviewed at InterWell Health
Interview
Recruiter screen. Hiring manager screen. Technical screen. Interview with team. You can tell the team is non-technical and prefers archaic technology. They don't seem too invested or knowledgeable in modern solutions. As for candidate experience, just look at the rest of the reviews here on Glassdoor and that should tell you everything you need to know. Company reviews point towards mass layoffs and ineffective leadership.

Interview
Easy all the standard questions nothing too hard. It’s a lot of rounds but the process is quick and very responsive overall a great process highly recommend. Mostly scenario based no coding interviews.
