I interviewed at InterSystems
Interview
Very similar to the other posts on here, but the overall process consisted of 3 assessments, then followed by multiple rounds of interviews. I thought that my interviews went great, and I had a chance to talk about a recent project on my resume, but the one con was that one of the interviewers showed up 20 minutes late.
It was quite lengthy, had 6 interviews in total and each was around 45 minutes but got great exposure to people in the company. Everyone was super supportive and the company seems great
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at InterSystems in Oct 2021
Interview
Round 1: Three online assessments, about an hour each. One of them is just a personality test.
Round 2: 30 minute phone screen. Interviewer was a no-show and didn't contact me about rescheduling until several hours later.
Round 3: 5 x 45min interviews, technical in nature. Some interviewers will ask relatively simple coding problems tailored to the skills listed on your resume. One interviewer cancelled and had to reschedule for next week.
Round 4: Was told round 3 was the "final round", but was asked for a reference. A week later I was asked what other companies had offered me, and what salaries they were offering. I then got rejected. Recruiter asked me to be considered for another role within the company that would require 2 more rounds of interviews, which would have made the process take 2-3 more weeks beyond the 7 weeks I had already invested.
This company does not value your time.
