After submitting my resume and cover letter I had to take two online assessments. One was a personality assessment and another was a logic/coding assessment. The coding assessment wasn't that hard, but it was definitely harder than I expected, especially considering that I did not apply for a coding position and wasn't interested in that type of position. The day after completing the assessments I was notified that I did not do well enough on the tests and that the interview process was over. It was pretty unfulfilling to hear this since I didn't know which assessment I didn't do well on and what score they were looking for.
