      Senior IT Applications Manager Interview

      25 Jun 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Brisbane, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at InterMune (Brisbane, CA) in Feb 2010

      Interview

The hiring manager will call you and discuss your qualifications, skills and experience for the first half of the interview (15 minutes). The hiring manager will answer any questions and tell you about the company in the second half of the interview (15 minutes). The second interview is a 1:1 with the hiring manager to discuss the type of work and projects that are go to be implemented. You will be taken to lunch. The third interview was with a group (if you are a manager, your peers will interview you). They asked about management style, what are your expectations, and there will be an exchange of information. At the end, everyone involved with the interview process completes the evaluation form and scores you. The highest score gets the job.
