The interview process consisted of an HR phone screen, a team interview and a short chat with managers/directors followed by a three hour written test consisting of a sample brief and event planning outline. While the interview process was overall enjoyable and throughout the process communication was good, I was extremely disappointed that, after dedicating so much time to the extensive interview process, I was ghosted by the team. While it was easy to deduce that I had not received the job, the lack of courtesy in informing me (even after sending a follow up email) was a poor reflection of regard which the team had for the time and enthusiasm of its candidates.
