Intellor Group interview questions

Very easy and straight forward interview process. I spoke with a recruiter that was friendly, warm, and professional. The interview with the hm was very drab and unengaging asking generic questions about my management experience. The person I interviewed clearly didn't care and offered little feedback during and after the interview. "that's good point", "that's vaild", "that's fair" etc. You have to wonder how these types of cold and mechanical people make it to positions of leadership in a company. But I suppose I addressed my own concern there, because these are exactly the types of people that make it to positions of leadership. She couldn't have been more disinterested, it was a phone interview, but I could tell she had better things to do. When I got the final canned rejection e-mail, I asked for more detailed feedback and got nowhere. The process was quick. That was the only redeeming part of this experience.
