There was one technical interview and one soft skills interview, and another discussion about the offer. The technical interview included different questions about development process, some design patterns questions, several questions about what technology to use in different scenarios and why.
In the soft skills interview we discussed previous work, previous experience in other companies, plans for the future, why would I like to work here.
