IntelliTec College interview questions

The first round interview for this company was a group interview with 12 candidates. They asked us basic questions about our pervious experience. After those questions they asked us to come up individually and do a sales pitch for three different products they had in the room. The last question was "who would you hire from the candidates here". Over all, I think this interview process was unprofessional.

There was a 3 person panel interview, about 45 minutes long. Each person asked a few questions, sometimes followed by the next person. The panel was made up of three of the top people in the Corporate Office. They allowed me to ask them questions also.
