The process started by booking our availability online. I got an email confirming the date and time, nothing else. Without any further info, I showed up that day at their unique location to be told that this is actually a phone interview for the first round. We rescheduled fro the next day and I was told that this happened to a lot of people... (Could not you fix it then if you are aware of this? I had to take a half day off of my schedule). First phone interview is general C# questions about classes, inheritance, interfaces, database with a couple of little scenario. The second round is an assignment to do at your leisure over the next few day to showcase your best way to code. After sending it back, I had no answer, I had to ask for confirmation that they received it. finally third interview round is in person. You meet with two developers reviewing your code with you asking why did you do this, what would you do next etc... Then you speak with the managers and they asked a couple other technical questions, scenario based, couple of riddles, etc... Finally I get an email saying "Unfortunately, based on our search criteria, the applicants who have applied and our internal discussions for this position, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy for the current opening at this time" without any further explanations that than... Overall I do not feel like I was really treated respectfully through the process. I gave it a lot of time and effort and I think they could have provided a better feedback.
