I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intela (Boulder, CO) in Jun 2012
Interview
Two on one interview with a senior level employee and the Director of my department. Nothing over the top with questions, more of an informational interview for both sides. After the interview I took an online problem solving test largely revolving around nonconventional math questions. Within the week they followed up with me and offered me the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intela (London, England) in Jul 2012
Interview
Well planned interview process with plenty of material supplied to me in advance. Interview was conducted at their central London offices with the UK MD. A clear knowledge and experience in the business was expected. Interviewer was fair and polite. I liked what I encountered, and was introduced to other key members of staff.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intela (Boulder, CO) in Nov 2012
Interview
I contacted them through an online job posting. The HR rep contacted me very quickly and we had a phone interview. I was then scheduled to meet five people about two weeks later.
I met with five different people, one to two people at a time. The process took about 2 hours and they asked me pretty typical interview questions. One strange thing was I was interviewed by someone who confided with me that he was actually quitting the next day.
Everyone seemed nice enough though the office seemed kind of cramped and everyone looked kind of burned out.
