2 rounds - one with two team members from the finance team and HR which was a straight forward competency based round. Second round with Financial Controller which was a more light conversation about the role.

Campus Placement post MBA. Calls with various controllers located at various geos. Started with HR questions. General questions such as strengths/weaknesses, why interest in Intel, etc.
Followed by 4 rounds of interview with finance controllers. Asked questions like how to evaluate multiple projects, market entry strategy for a particular product? What finance metrics to apply for evaluating projects.

I looked up the alumni database for our school and reached out to someone who was able to route my resume to the right department. I was lucky enough to get a phone interview. This was a bit of a surprise because it was a lot more technical than other interviews I had done coming right out of grad school. But clearly I passed and they brought me on site for an all day on site interview and was given an offer fairly quickly after that.
