I applied online. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Apr 2024
Interview
First, I had a phone screening with an operation manager that goes over job role, expectations, and schedule.
Second, is an onsite interview with three technicians and an operations manager. These will be technicians that you will work with. This interview has a behavioral and technical part.
The behavioral interview asks questions that ask situations working as a teammember, how to handle a difficult situation, and how you handled a negative coworker.
The technical part of the interview was the hardest. I would review double bar graphs, precentages, spc charts, and portportions.
I'm currently waiting to hear back.
