It started out with meeting the hiring manager in the lobby. We had spoken before on the phone several times. This was followed by a tour of the facility. Some introductions to a few people in the group as we passed them. The next 15 minutes were 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. This was followed by 5 1 on 1 interviews with other designers in the group. Each one had a few questions to ask related to personal character, and several on PCB Design. The design questions came with requests for examples on the white board, on the laptop, an verbal descriptions.
