I applied on the website then got an email or call to setup an interview online. Repeated this for several similar positions. It depends on the team, on one team it was relatively easy & on another it could be really technical.

Question 1
They asked about your prior experience in data science, what did you do & the tools you use. Another team asked me to go through a problem with an assume data & walk through the solution on the fly.
Starts off with phone screening with the hiring manager. She described what the role is and what specific talent they are looking for. Follwed by coding interview and virtual interview.
