I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation
Interview
Came to college for brief introduction, followed up with 2 rounds of interviews in their campus.
Round 1 -
Case study, very relevant to their current initiatives (hint read 10K / presentations from company website)
Case briefing for 30 min.
30 min panel interview on previous work experience
Round 2 -
Mock spectator in a meeting followed by an hour of discussion on contents of that meeting. Again will help if you know what they are doing at that time.
Pretty engaged throughout the process, responsive in conveying the results back to candidates.

It was a somewhat formal process with multiple rounds. One on campus interview, and a follow up visit with 5 different interview sessions. The follow up from HR was quick and very good.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation
Interview
Very standard asked me a set of 8-10 questions both technical and behavioral. However some of the interviewees did not seem to be all that interested in the process and made me concerned on how the actual work and culture might be.

Question 1
Some technical questions, but very high level.
ie: What is your standard process for managing negative news within a quarterly review?
The interview was very good and the panel was very friendly and fair. The outcome of my interview is still pending. The questions that were asked in the interview were about my behavioral competencies, my skills, and job experience.
