It started with an hr interview, than I had 3 hours technical interview, which splitted to 1 hour for each interview, each one was a diffrent interviewer, 1 question was about system design, 2nd was leet code sytle question, and last was understanding existing code and implementing change

Freshers are hired through selected campuses only. There is a written round, where people are shortlisted. Then, the interview is conducted. Usually the business groups conduct interviews as per their needs. If they are looking for a technology for their project and you have some experience on it, its a great bonus for you.
