I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in May 2012
Interview
The phone interview lasted about 1 hour. About 4 interviewers in a conference call, and the questions were mostly on my resume and projects I had worked on in the past. They took interest in one specific project that I had worked on, and took a while asking questions about that projects, which was unexpected because it was one of my older projects. However, in general, it was an interesting conversation with the interviewers.
The interview process is friendly, they asked my past research experience, including specific projects I did, and what relevant skills I was using, and what is my most impressive projects.
I talked about my research mentioned on CV and they talked about their group and potential project in the internship. They will ask about some details in your project. One very easy python coding question. No behavior question.

Question 1
Talk about your research; one coding question about dictionary.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (San Jose, CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
My friend works at Intel and gave me the referral at early June but no response from HR since then. The processing seems a little bit slow. Or maybe just due to the hiring freeze.
