-Recruiter hides behind computer screen during interview. -Recruiter tried to require certain resume format that wasn't required in application. -Recruiter failed to offer me the opportunity to ask questions. Interviews go both ways. -Failed to explain how using their services are beneficial for me when I can apply with companies myself.
