You walk into the office prepared with your ID. I assumed it would be a legitimate interview and dressed for the occasion, but it's not absolutely necessary since they are hiring a multitude of people. After your ID is checked, you're led to a computer where you log in to either apply or make sure that your application is complete. Then you are made to sit in a waiting area until your name is called for the next step. This next step is an old maid type of computer assessment. You are given a small board with different titles of books, CDs, DVDs, etc., and depending on the side you are told to start with, you must match the letter corresponding to the item, to the question asked. You are given about 10 minutes for 20 questions and it will only take you about 4-5mins to complete. It is REALLY easy. Once getting a passing score, you will check into another computer and then you have to sit in another waiting area for about 30 to 45 minutes. Once your name is called you go to a recruiter that asks you the basic questions. None are your normal interview questions. They just need your information and your picture. It's not a real interview because you're hired once you pass the drug test.
