Interview
The interview process I went through was incredibly thorough and comprehensive. It involved meeting with several internal employees, engaging with a customer, and participating in a formal role-play with both the CEO and CSO. Additionally, the company required me to complete two assessments to gauge my suitability for the role. Although I feel I could have performed better in those assessments, they ultimately contacted my references, and I'm thrilled to share that I was offered the position.
