Disappointing because the first interview went very well, and we even scheduled a second one after I was told the position needed to be filled urgently. Since that interview, I haven’t received any follow up from the HR team, not even a brief update or a polite decline. To me, this lack of communication feels unprofessional and quite disrespectful of a candidate’s time and effort.
