I had an incredible experience working with "Somewhere" throughout my interview journey. The journey began with a personality test, which set a strong foundation for understanding fit beyond just the resume. I then had the opportunity to meet one of the directors, who was decisive, clear on expectations, and took the time to truly understand my thought process. It was evident that ensuring a strong mutual fit was a top priority. The second interview with another director focused more on cultural alignment—who I am as a person and whether I could consistently deliver with precision. This holistic approach made the process feel incredibly human and intentional. Finally, I was asked to complete an assessment to demonstrate my capabilities—undoubtedly the most rigorous, yet rewarding interview process I’ve experienced in my career. The client clearly knows what they’re looking for and places strong emphasis on integrity and alignment, which I found deeply refreshing. Throughout every stage, my recruiter was phenomenal, providing daily updates, supportive and objective communication, and a consistent presence that made all the difference. I’m genuinely grateful for their effort in connecting me with a company that reflects a mutual ethos. The interview process had a good structure. They asked about me and then told me a little bit about the company and the job. Their core values mean a lot to them and that is pretty cool. All in all its a pretty laid back process.
