I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Integrated Project Management Company (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2009
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter. A few weeks after this, the company arranged for me to have a couple of face-to-face interviews with senior managers. A few weeks later, the company informed me that they wanted me to visit their headquarters for a day of interviews. Again, the interview format was one-on-one interviews where I spoke of my background and how my skills would fit in at IPM.
There was no formal testing element to the process, and most of the interviews repeated the same format.
