The interview was overly complicated for the temporary contract position being offered. They did not follow up with me at all afterwards, and hired someone else initially for a short period of time. After this hire screwed things up, they called me back in and hired me.

Super easy and laid back interview process. 3 interviews, I completed the first two and the third the hiring manager just wants to take a look at me whatever that means. Hopefully I do end up getting an offer.
