The process was very personable and not lengthy. I had an introductory conversation with the owner to determine fit, roles and responsibilities and to learn more about the company. I felt the introductory meeting made the difference. I then spoke to a consultant to learn more about day-in-the-life and for them to learn more about me. I had a final interview with the owner. It was a great experience overall.
