Interview
I received notification shortly after I applied that they were impressed with my background and would like to talk to me. We arranged a time for a phone interview. I went well and I was told they would get back with me.
I sent a message a week later thanking them for the interview. They esponded in kind and said that they had many interviews to do and would let me know what the next step would be.
Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything so I touched base again. Was told that there were many qualified candidates and were still in the interview process.
Two weeks again and still no contact from them. So far, I'm not impressed.

Interview
Very smooth and insightful. Amanda cares about employee culture and wellbeing. I liked the horizontal structure of the organization. Seems easier to communicate and participate with management. Very competitive compensation package.

Interview
The interview was straightforward, transparent, and honest. Interviewed by owner, who is also an engineer; she had more insight into the contract position requirements than most recruiters. Very accommodating with my current work schedule when setting up the interview.
