Integracare (Canada) interview questions

Interview was initially with HR Manager, then again with both nursing managers. Everything went well, but in the interview they disclosed they’re very picky with who they choose so I knew it wasn’t going to end up with me getting the job, even though I had all the qualifications for it.

I applied at indeed and waited for their call. They will ask you for your availablity for the interview and the HR manager will contact you. The Interview process was pretty straight forward. They will ask you to describe yourself, your experiences, how do you resolve conflict, etc.
