I applied through other source. I interviewed at Integer Technologies in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview went fine and the interaction with the 3 folks at Integer was pleasant during the interview. My complaint is that I never heard from any of them afterwards. I sent follow-up emails to each interviewer immediately after the interview to thank them for their time. Then, after a week or so, I sent an email to the main decision maker (who was one of the interviewers) asking if they had made any decisions. I never heard back. Then after another week, I sent another, polite, email asking for his follow up. Again no reply. I think it is VERY unprofessional to not reply at all. Not even a simple, "We've decided to move forward with other candidates...". Nothing. Complete radio silence. This is not a professional way to do business and it gave me a poor impression of their company, or at least that employee.
